Delivery times and shipping prices
Your order will be shipped in 2–5 days after the design is approved by you.

A delivery confirmation email will be sent to you when your package has been shipped along with the tracking details.
This delivery confirmation also provides information on how to track your order.
Customs fees are the responsibility of the customers.

Asia and Australia: 3-7 Business Days

South America: 3-10 Business Days

Your order confirmation and delivery confirmation will be emailed to you. The delivery confirmation includes a link to track your order.

Refund policy


As all our products are made to order, they can not be refunded or cancelled.

Please choose your products carefully as once your order has been placed, we are not obliged to provide a refund or exchange because you changed your mind about a purchase.

Our products can not be exchanged unless the order was deemed by us to be defective or damaged. If your order is deemed to be defective, you will be issued with a replacement of your original order. You cannot exchange for another product.

If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photographs/descriptions of the alleged damage.

We will assess every return request on a case-by-case basis and it is at our discretion to determine whether an item can be exchanged.

We reserve the right to refuse or accept the return of any product. Furthermore we will refuse a damaged return if you have not provided us with an e-mail notification and appropriate corresponding photographs within the specified time period after receiving your order.

If you are eligible for a product replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your replacement return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery can not be returned.

Return Shipping:
If we agree to replace a damaged item, the return shipping cost will not be covered by us. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for a replacement product to reach you will vary. We will notify you when your replacement has been dispatched.
